Are you shipping worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally from the USA, China, Europe, and Australia using a tracked service.

We ship our products to 200+ countries. If your country is not listed when ordering, please contact us.

What is the cost of delivery?

We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over $49. For orders under $49, the shipping cost is $7.90.

What are the taxes and fees at customs?

If you order from EU countries, taxes and fees will be added to the cost of the goods. There is no need to pay anything extra. If you order from Turkey, taxes and fees are already included in the price. For other countries, you may need to pay taxes if necessary.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The day of shipment is indicated when placing your order, and the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. The shipping day on the website will never be different than on the order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary based on your location, but your order is expected to reach you within 7 to 12 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer for certain locations.

  • Orders shipped to the US typically arrive within 7-12 business days from the shipping date.
  • Orders shipped to Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand typically arrive within 7-14 business days from the shipping date.
  • Orders shipped to other worldwide destinations may take up to 15 business days from the shipping date.
When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it takes 1-2 days to process and ship your order, excluding weekends and holidays.

What should I do if my item was damaged or faulty when delivered?

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us at shop@dentiphoto.com within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Please attach photos of the issue and of your parcel with a clear view of the shipping label

Can I track my order?

Most of our orders are trackable, and you will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email. You can track your package on the "Track Order" page.

My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?

"Unfulfilled" simply means that we have received your order successfully. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number, and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

How can I contact customer support?

For any queries, please email shop@dentiphoto.com. Our customer service team works from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We aim to answer emails within one working day. Please note that emails are not monitored on weekends.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

Although we have high standards when it comes to packaging your order, mistakes can still happen. If you receive an incorrect item, please accept our apologies. We will do our utmost to resolve your query with speed, ease, and with absolute minimal inconvenience. We will review each case individually when considering the return of the product, and in some cases, we may require further information such as pictures to choose the best course of action. Our goal is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.
