Intended Use of Products

All products presented on the Dentiphoto website are intended exclusively for professional dental use. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are purchasing the products for professional activities and not for personal, household use.

1. General Provisions

We strive to provide a high level of service and customer satisfaction. All Dentiphoto products belong to the category of professional dental and clinical equipment and accessories, which are subject to special hygiene, safety, and operational requirements. We offer a 30-day return policy from the moment of order receipt — subject to compliance with the conditions set forth below.

2. Money‑Back Period

We offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee from the date of order receipt, provided that all conditions of this Policy are met.
The date of receipt is confirmed by the tracking number.

3. Returns for Products Purchased at Full Price (without discounts)

If the product was purchased without promo codes or discounts, is of proper quality (no defects), is in its original unopened packaging, and has not been used, the customer may return it within 30 days.

Conditions for a refund:

  • The product has not been used;
  • Factory seals and protective films (if any) are intact;
  • The packaging has not been opened or damaged;
  • All tags and labels are preserved.

Resolution: In this case, we issue a full refund to the customer’s payment method.

4. Returns for Products Purchased with a Discount (Sale, Promotions, Promo Codes, Special Offers)

For products purchased:

  • On sale;
  • With a promo code;
  • As part of a special offer;

the following rules apply:

  • A monetary refund for such products is NOT available.

5. Return in Case of Damage During Delivery or Manufacturing Defect

This is the only case that guarantees a full monetary refund.
If within 7 (seven) days of receiving the order the customer notifies us of the issue (provides photo/video evidence of unboxing or damage) and the defect or shipping damage is confirmed:

  • We will send a free replacement (new item).

Or, if replacement is not possible or convenient for the customer, we will issue a FULL REFUND.

6. Hygienic and Medical Items (opened packaging)

In accordance with sanitary and safety regulations, refunds or exchanges are NOT POSSIBLE for products whose packaging has been opened, even within the 30‑day period, if they have been removed from their sterile packaging.
(This includes, but is not limited to: dental mirrors, retractors, intraoral accessories, single‑use disposable items.)

7. If the Parcel Was Not Delivered

In case of non-delivery, we initiate an official investigation with the logistics company. Based on the investigation results, the following may be offered:

  • Reshipment;
  • Compensation in the form of store credit.

A refund is possible only upon official confirmation of the shipment being lost.

8. Delivery Delays

International delivery may be extended for reasons beyond the store's control, including:

  • Customs clearance;
  • Operations of local carriers;
  • Holiday periods;
  • Weather conditions.

Delivery delays are not grounds for a refund.

9. Customer Errors When Placing an Order

Dentiphoto is not responsible for:

  • Incorrectly specified delivery address;
  • Wrong phone number;
  • Errors in the recipient's name;
  • Selection of the wrong product or configuration.

After the order is submitted for processing, changes and cancellations are not possible.

10. Final Provisions

This Policy is a public offer and is binding on both parties.
