Intended Use of Products

All products presented on the Dentiphoto website are intended exclusively for professional dental use. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are purchasing the products for professional activities and not for personal, household use.

1. General Provisions

We strive to provide a high level of service and customer satisfaction. All Dentiphoto products belong to the category of professional dental and clinical equipment and accessories, which are subject to special hygiene, safety, and operational requirements. We offer a 30-day return policy from the moment of order receipt — subject to compliance with the conditions set forth below.

2. What "30-Day Money Back" Means

The "30-Day Money Back" banner signifies the opportunity to contact us within 30 days to review the situation and find the optimal solution. It does not mean an automatic refund. The form of compensation is determined by Dentiphoto based on the conditions of this policy.

3. Individual Review of Inquiries

Each inquiry is reviewed individually, taking into account:

  • Type of product;
  • Condition of the item;
  • Availability of original packaging;
  • Fact of use;
  • Purchase conditions (promotion / discount);
  • Nature of the inquiry.

4. If the Product is Delivered On Time and Undamaged

If the order:

  • Was delivered in full;
  • Has no external damage;
  • Is functional and operates correctly;
  • Corresponds to the description on the website;

but the customer:

  • Changed their mind;
  • No longer needs the product;
  • It did not meet personal expectations;

a refund will not be issued.

Possible resolution options (by agreement):

  • Exchange for another product;
  • Partial compensation in the form of store credit.

5. Products Purchased on Sale or at a Discount

Products purchased:

  • On sale;
  • At a discount;
  • Using promo codes;
  • As part of special offers;

are considered a final sale.

If the product is functional and has no manufacturing defect:

  • A refund will not be issued;
  • Return of the product is not possible.

At the company's discretion, partial store credit may be offered.

6. Product Packaging and Unsealing

To be considered for return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The original factory packaging is preserved;
  • The packaging has not been opened;
  • Protective seals, stickers, and factory sealing are intact;
  • The packaging retains its commercial and protective appearance.

❗ Return and exchange are impossible if:

  • The packaging has been opened;
  • The factory seal or protective packaging is broken;
  • The product has been removed from its sealed packaging.

In accordance with hygiene and safety requirements for medical devices, sealed medical and hygiene products are not eligible for return after the packaging has been opened.

7. Used or Sterilized Products

Return and exchange are impossible for products that:

  • Have been used;
  • Have undergone sterilization;
  • Show signs of use;
  • Have been used in a patient's oral cavity.

Such products include, but are not limited to:

  • Dental mirrors;
  • Retractors;
  • Instruments;
  • Intraoral accessories.

Even minimal use eliminates the possibility of return.

8. Lighting and Electronic Equipment

This category includes:

  • Ring lights;
  • Flash units;
  • Photo and video lights;
  • Mobile lamps;
  • Vacuums and aspiration systems;
  • Electronic and electrical devices.

If the equipment is functional and operates correctly, returns for reasons such as:

  • "Did not fit";
  • "Expected something else";
  • "Insufficient power";
  • "Does not meet personal expectations".

are not accepted.

9. Damage During Delivery or Manufacturing Defect

If a product:

  • Was damaged during delivery;
  • Does not turn on;
  • Has a confirmed manufacturing defect;

we offer:

  • Free replacement of the product;
  • Or replacement of individual components.

For review, it is necessary to provide photos and/or videos within 2 days of receiving the order.

10. If the Parcel Was Not Delivered

In case of non-delivery, we initiate an official investigation with the logistics company. Based on the investigation results, the following may be offered:

  • Reshipment;
  • Compensation in the form of store credit.

A refund is possible only upon official confirmation of the shipment being lost.

11. Delivery Delays

International delivery may be extended for reasons beyond the store's control, including:

  • Customs clearance;
  • Operations of local carriers;
  • Holiday periods;
  • Weather conditions.

Delivery delays are not grounds for a refund.

12. Customer Errors When Placing an Order

Dentiphoto is not responsible for:

  • Incorrectly specified delivery address;
  • Wrong phone number;
  • Errors in the recipient's name;
  • Selection of the wrong product or configuration.

After the order is submitted for processing, changes and cancellations are not possible.

13. Form of Compensation

Possible forms of resolution for customer inquiries:

  • Product replacement;
  • Replacement of components;
  • Partial compensation in the form of store credit.

A refund is issued only in exceptional cases and at the company's discretion.

14. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By placing an order, the customer confirms their agreement with this Return Policy. In the event of a payment dispute, the company has the right to provide the payment system or bank with:

  • Order confirmation;
  • Confirmation of agreement with the policy terms;
  • Delivery tracking data;
  • Correspondence with the customer;
  • Photo and video materials.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting customer support may affect the possibility of compensation.

This Policy is a public offer and is binding on both parties.
