At Dentiphoto, we strive to provide high-quality service and reliable support to our customers.
All Dentiphoto products are intended for professional dental and clinical use, and therefore are subject to specific hygiene and medical safety regulations.
General Return Conditions
We offer a 30-day return request period from the date of delivery.
Returns are available only in the form of store credit, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- The item has not been used or sterilized
- The item remains in its original packaging
- All components and accessories are included
- The request is submitted within the specified timeframe
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and patient safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Used, sterilized, or opened dental instruments or accessories
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes
- Digital products, online courses, templates, and gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition due to reasons not caused by Dentiphoto
When We Can Assist
We are happy to review return requests in the following cases:
- Damage during delivery
- Confirmed manufacturing defect
- Incorrect item received
To submit a request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at shop@dentiphoto.com and include a detailed description along with photo or video evidence.
Resolution for Approved Requests
In confirmed cases, Dentiphoto may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement — exchange for the same item
- Store credit — a coupon equal to the item value, credited to your Dentiphoto account
- You will be notified of the request status by email after review
Important Notes
Return shipping costs: return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Return instructions: please wait for our official instructions before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Shipping safety: for high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Store credit timing: store credit is issued after approval and inspection of the returned item.
