Delivery Information

At Dentiphoto, we understand the significance of timely delivery of your dental photography accessories. Therefore, we make every effort to process and ship your order within 1 to 2 business days of receiving it.

Delivery times may vary based on your location, but your order is expected to reach you within 8 to 20 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer for certain locations.

Orders shipped to the US typically arrive within 7-14 business days from the shipping date.
Orders shipped to Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand typically arrive within 8-10 business days from the shipping date.
Orders shipped to other worldwide destinations may take up to 20 business days from the shipping date.

We offer expedited shipping options for the United States, and you can expect to receive your order within 7 business days. We partner with trusted shipping providers to ensure that your order is delivered to you securely and safely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

Important Notice Regarding Returns & Inspections:

Please be advised that the 30-day period for submitting a return request starts from the confirmed date of delivery (as per tracking information). Due to varying delivery times, please plan accordingly.
Upon delivery, we strongly recommend inspecting the package for any visible damage and verifying the contents of your order immediately. If you discover shipping damage, receive an incorrect item, or find a missing component, you must notify us at shop@dentiphoto.com within 24 hours of delivery with a detailed description and photo/video evidence. This is a mandatory requirement to initiate a claim under our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Order Processing & Warehouses:

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipping.

Orders placed and received before 11:00 AM local time will be shipped by the next business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time of 11:00 AM local time will ship within 2-3 business days.
We operate warehouses in the USA, Europe, China, and Australia to optimize delivery.
